     It is the goal of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) to create a highly skilled workforce with excellent safety and health training which is the key to safe and efficient performance in today’s construction marketplace. The United Brotherhood of Carpenters Health & Safety Fund offers a full range of health and safety training geared for today’s highly skilled construction workers. These courses are designed to meet the requirements of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and other state and federal regulatory agencies. Realistic hands-on training plays a big part in training. Instructors are skilled construction workers who have participated in the Fund’s extensive train-the-trainer programs.
